I found a nice hand sized bit of God's own grit (on the approach to Wimberry) and have been using that to great effect!
Usefull for keeping your skin in decent condition when your injured and not climbing!

1)stop doing weights, you'll end up looking like nadiras n who wants that
2)stop using hand sized holds n love the crimp

i used to do weights n had this problem so i stopped, n my elbows can breathe again as well

can you not get those little gay-style leather gloves for doing weights with to avoid that kinda thing?
