I used to fancy the pants off Miss Forrester, especially in the broom cupboard days.  Mmmmm

Until Brasseye destroyed her career? So did I, harsh one that, but very funny.

To prevent JB getting driven into a rage, I reckon a seperate HDR topic is probably justified

I've no beef with HDR at all, just shit post-production.

You'll just love my first effort then :)

Don't worry, I don't think this is quality or anything, i was just messing about with Photomatix a bit and snapped some pics of our moggy on the roof

Gorgeous cat.

I like the fancy effect [/highly technical burd chat] too, it looks good.

Never mock a black cat.

It's not the cat that is getting the mocking (well it's not really mocking, just a light dig).

Yeah yeah, I know :)

The "aura" is an artefact introduced by one of the settings in Photmatix. It can be removed by merging the processed image with the original. I'm just messing about with the software really - you can get some fun results...

I'm a little worried about Magpie's squeezing - biggie is now hiding under the bed.

Loving this, hope it's not got any digital trickery involved.

Annoyingly small, download here, or looky in WHS.

Went to Liverpool yesterday and wandered round some of the contemporary art exhibitions.

This was by far my favourite, "Gleaming Lights of the Soul" by Yayoi Kusuma....

That looks amazing, is it actually like that when you're there, with all the little blobs of light floating about?

Yep, there are a number of bulbs hanging around you between you and the glass walls, the colours shift gradually from one end of the spectrum to another and you loose all sense of depth pretty quickly as the reflections lead off into infinity  8)

Saw this in our yard this morning - never try to get a 16' 2" trailer under a 14' 3" railway bridge. These trailers cost about £70k. The driver has been suspended, what a surprise.

Fuck knows how he did it - the bridge in question is local and everyone knows about it as it's on the main route to the M1 south.

Also, about 1/2 a mile before you get to the bridge there is a gantry with a load of chains hanging from it to warn you. He must have had the stereo on fucking loud or something.

Last guy to do this was sacked, but he'd also tipped a trailer over on a roundabout killing somebody in a car a few years back.

It's also amazing that he didn't stop when he hit it, but carried on taking the whole roof off. Madness.
