Just spent the morning at Bowden Doors and blimey, my tips are a bit sore. I'm up in the county until Sunday, but could go to the Lakes or North Yorkshire if needs must.

I was thinking Hepburn or Simonside might be a good shout? I tried to get to Hepburn early this morning but had an awful time bushwhacking to find the boulders in the woods. Might be keen to go back with some decent approach beta, however.

Another alternative is to take a rest day but I'm really not too sure what I'd get up to.

Ah, didn't realise it was relatively gentle on the skin (though perhaps not the rest of the body), I'll have to have a session there before I leave as well.
