Can you not replace the batteries in the old ones?
I've seen people recommend the Erbauer ones. I notice that you've linked to the 20W one. You might have more success with the 30W or 40W versions?

I'd look for some kind of 18v dewalt /makita etc. LED that takes removable power tool batteries. That way you can replace them when the batteries die. And you can get more batteries as budget allows for more burn time.
Try google?

Says 10 hour runtime in that screwfix link. Hard to believe . Cheaper here : https://www.mad4tools.com/defender-led-20w-rechargeable-slimline-floor-carry-floodlight?utm_source=google_shopping&utm_source=google_shopping?&gclid=Cj0KCQjwoJX8BRCZARIsAEWBFMJ0g_CwYPd7hcIG37ecsE5kw-F5TmPTdj9QC8Hp5NC3-xjwEEYOJQ0aArH6EALw_wcB
We have some mains defender lights at work. OK, nothing special. We also have some Dewalt 18V tripod lights. With a 9Ah battery, they last about 4 hours on full, or 8 hours on half. They are well expensive (£600 for the light and battery iirc) but insanely good.So... I'd look for some kind of 18v dewalt /makita etc. LED that takes removable power tool batteries. I will hopefully be distributing these in the new year.https://www.scangrip.com/Files/Images/brochures/lite-work-lights/scangrip-lite-work-lights-brochure-en.pdfNot the cheapest but they are amazing.

Any experience with burn times (Vega ones)? Can't see anything in the brochure.
Update: I got one of those defender ones. Nice light. Lightweight. Easy to pack. Battery definitely not amazing. 3 h max.
This light is pretty amazing, lights up a huge area and two would be incredible. They run on Sony camera batteries which are super cheap, so just buy a few. Light stands are good too. Super light and you can get height which is useful in certain scenarios.Neewer Bi-color LED 480 Video Light and Stand Kit with Battery and Charger for Studio, YouTube Video Shooting, Durable Metal Frame, Dimmable with U Bracket , 3200-5600K, CRI 96+ (2 Pack) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0752B9PVJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_cKcNFbS2V6RNW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
