Anyway, I prefer Protafield if I feel Electronicishy type thingy. Rediscovering the Prodigy too.
But you can’t beat a bit of The Disturbed, or Rage Against The Machine, for a good strength session.
Basically anything that makes other people leave the room and gives you “Total fucking Psycho” face if you sing along whilst training.
If I feel jolly, for a more relaxed, sunny day, kind of thing; a playlist of the Offspring’s less commercial stuff, has me bouncing weight plates off strangers heads (in a playful way, of course, hardly any blood).
I usually train alone, before the wall is open.
Go figure.
