Hi mate, If you go to my home page, you can download the new topo for lanzarote

Zona boulder has about 300 problems, there. some good quality problems with good landings, up to about V9 but many hard eliminates are on offer. drop me a line if you want good info:

Firefox is the best browser currently available: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

I can see it fine in internet explorer, but firefox just show's a blank page.

Which is the best island for easy/mid range bouldering Neil?

cheers budda, just had alook through firefow, you are right, my old site comes up, if you know the links, but my new one doesnt (bazzar) any ideas why???? im no expert you see.

as for bouldering, all the islands are as good as each other, lanzarote, is probably best for easer bouldering, nut only enough for a week. But gran canria is turning up more and more areas. I havnt really bouldered there yet, but havnt had any complantes from people i have recomended to go there. But for me has to be tenerife, if its good easy bouldering, V0 to V4 then you cant go far wrong, hundereds of areas all over the islands, with very good boulders not (sharp) but there are also the hard boulders aswell, up to now we have V14 and several of them, but loads coming in around V8/9

you thinking of going? if so what type holiday you looking for, and i can point you to thr best areas, ie:clubbing, relaxing, not much traveiling between areas ect ect

Not sure why it doesn't work in FF, I'll have a quick look at your html...

Probably just going to grab a cheap week in October but also thinking of Mallorca too. Pretty chilled would be good - probably hire a car to get about and might do a bit of easy sport climbing too.

if you are looking for a chill out, i would go for gran canaria, superb mountains, good rock, the sport climbing isnt really all that unless you go to tamadaba, which is one of the nicest places ive visited, high in the mountain, 1000's of routes spread out in this huge pine forest, with some good easy bouldering aswell. the locals are real friendly as well, and if it rains, there are seven climbing walls on the island. good beaches, and lots of unclimbed rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dint think there was much bouldering on majorca, I didnt find much when i went, but i did go just for the sports climbing.

Cheers! Tamadaba sounds nice....

Don't think Mallorca has much bouldering, but would be good for easy sport.

My girlfriend has been put off bouldering a bit coz the last time she went she got some nasty shin/grit interaction, but is much keener to do routes, and that's ok with me coz I fancy a bit of easy sport climbing myself.

I think the problem with your site and firefox might be that you've used frontpage 4 to build it. Frontpage generates a lot of code that isn't cross-browser compliant, so though it'll work fine in IE, it probably won't work in anything else.

Budda,

This is the link to the topo for tamadaba, if it doesnt come up, i can email you the topo, but for some bazzare reason it come up up side down so you need to rotate it, this is the most up to date topo for this area, and took us one year to map it all out.

http://www.canaryclimbs.com/tamadaba.pdf

also if you want to do some bouldering, the berriel is road side, for a quick fix
http://www.canaryclimbs.com/berriel_gran_canaria_bouldering_.htm

i have just checked the links on firefow, and they work, it just seems to be my home page not working
