Looks like some low life scum has fly tipped a van load at the parking for the popular end. Wasn't there yesterday so guessing it happened last night.

Also of note the causeway barrier has been ram-raided and is now bent and doesn't close. Coupled with the graffiti and the steady rise in campervans the case for the PDNPA retaining an on-site warden seems strong.
