Still managing a pretty b0rked back after I overdid it deadlifting the other week...have developed significant knee / hamstring / calf pain. WTF.Bit miffed, totally crocked now. Just going to rest and see what happens.

Just going to rest and see what happens.Tightness in legs/hips can lead to back problems, you might want to start stretching your hamstrings plus your hip flexors and piriformis. It'll certainly do more good than rest/nothing. Maybe get into them with a foam roller too. I'd also suggest seeing someone like Louise that shark goes to would be a good idea, I doubt you're actually crocked just suffereing from tightness and/or some muscle imbalance.
M - drove to Works at lunch but couldn't get parked. HI AeroCap back home then part of TRX workout. 3x15 mins LI AeroCap at mini works, parking an issue again, gonna be a struggle with the new restrictions.Started to feel a bit shit as the day went on. Bit demoralised, can't get going.
You could park in the old esporta/ virgin car park on archer road and walk as some of my staff do. 2 min walk along the river.
