WOW. :shock: I went up to Black Mountain lastnight and it is truly awesome. There are an uncountable number of boulders up there set in a beautiful location. Unfortunately I got a massie flapper on the third problem of the day so couldn't climb but it did mean I had a good look around. There are some huge boulders, about 15-20m high, overhanging nearly all the way round... it was amazing. I'm heading back up next weekend, once my tip has healed. Will hopefully try to get some photos and post them back up here.
It's like the first time you go to font and realise how much there is... well black mountain probably has more rock and it's hardly even developed (the font of 30 years ago perhaps). These yanks don't know how lucky they are to have so much rock everywhere!!!
Even better though is that the locals I was with said that Tram was way better than black mountain! I'm also heading up there soon so will report back.
