I thought this kind of thing was included under the guise of secret training....

Fair play if you are sneaking in a few hundred secret pull ups a week!

Add a few secret sleeps and skip a few meals (in secret) and all your pebble pulling dreams will come true...

Another week of very few training and declining shape. On the bright side I received the new wood holds for my board

Mon. Looking after grandson took him to Rawcliffe Bar Boulder in York. He preferred to watch the trains go past. Evening bike 23.18 miles 1 hr 25 mins.
Tue. Nothing.
Wed. Nothing.
Thurs. Board managed to a do a problem from last week after a bit more working, then did its mirror version. Did some system type problems. Evening bike 23.13 miles 1 hr 28 mins. Appear to be starting with a sore throat.
Fri. Bike out with the old guys 73.65 miles 4 hrs 55 mins with a lunch stop. Now have a cold.
Sat. Cold in full swing. Santa special NYM railway with grandson
Sun. Cold.
