Picked up a shoulder tweak this weekend and the recommendation threads are all ancient, anyone know who is the current South Yorkshire boss for shoulder stuff?

Second that. I've had nothing but good experiences and excellent treatment and advice from HP.

Worth trying to get referred to an NHS physio by your doctor. I got referred and was seeing the shoulder specialists once every 2 weeks for ages and it only took a week or two to get an appointment. They mainly get old people who can't clean their backs in, etc, so they were pretty excited to get someone they could push a bit harder. I remember one day I had 3 or 4 physios assessing my form from different angles, seemed like pretty good value for money to me!

cheers Cofe, it's actually for my Pop, do you think he would be good with an older patient? He's not done it climbing but he does want to get back to Via Ferrata.

I'm sure he would be - don't think he just treats climbers. He scan it too to look for tendon etc. damage.

I’ve seen other Sheffield based physios, but Jon Ostrovskis at https://www.919clinic.co.uk/ was the best.
