1/1 - an hour or so of lugging around and chopping up wood. Playing with axes is fun. Counterbalanced by too much eating and drinking.
2/1 - Beacon for a wall session. Got pumped on the roof circuits. Still too much food although less bad than yesterday. Winding down the holiday celebrations.
3/1 - mix of generic pushups, weights and that sort of thing. My finger feels a bit sore from yesterday, I think I've maybe bruised it somehow but I'm not going to fingerboard on it just in case.

4/1 - weigh in at 75kg. Oh dear. Wall is all being reset so I do some pulp sets and then potter home, where I have a go at a 7:3 fingerboard session, which feels very hard in my current state. I guess I'm basically doing it all with weight added compared to the last time I was on these.

1 - 0
2 - indoor bouldering + short run
3 - indoor routes + short run
4 - 1.5 hours gym. Did Nibble's T-Nation ting for 15 minutes, tiring, ended up with a stitch and smelling of wee (?). Rested and tried to do another bunch but too frustrating with busy gym and unable to time myself. Will have to adapt it though I like the core principles. 20 mins rowing and 5x10 alternating renegade rows and very light c+j+ohsquat compound, more tiring than previous stuff.

Celebrated with 2 bottles of Becks zero alcohol @ 35 calories a bottle. Bogging. Will stick to Sainsbury's 0.5 Czech.

Habrich, 20 mins rowing is  200+ calorie exercise for me according to the machine, the other stuff felt harder. What's a good measure of pushing CV?? Maintaining high heart rate continuously? If so 15 mins running for me counts for a lot as it's cracking my ribs the whole way.

So far still on board. 3rd - Cardio about half an hour at home. Had a beer while making lasagne though, I really struggle to do any proper cooking without having some alcohol to hand.
4th - wall bouldering session about 2 hours.

Cycled to wall with GF (casual) realised halfway that I'd forgotten my harness so sprinted back, then back again. (good 15 minutes of full power city sprint biking. 2 hours climbing, cycle home.

One glass of wine with the lass for her birthday. 74.7kg this morning. Better.

Fiend - if you like it hoppy Brewdog Nany state is a good'un for the 0.5% team. Also, Dead Pony Club is only 3.2% 118 Kcals.  Tasty as fuck too.  :beer2:

Joining in now I've started climbing again and the Christmas hols finished yesterday.

Weight: 85.6 kg so using MyFitnessPal to keep under 1900 Cals per day to get to 78 by the end of March and then 75 by Summertime.

Cycled to wall for my second time climbing in 2.5 years and did eight  routes on the self belay up to 5+ after warming up traversing.

23 days until El Chorro so plan to climb 5 days out of 7 or more if it feels OK.

Walked to Packstation to collect copy of Lechtal Alps sport climbing guide. Walked home, read it and thought about nice cool, breezy high altitude summer climbing.

Does this count?

5/1 - finger completely better.  :dance1:. Turbo trainer session - Sufferfest "The Hunted". Hard work.

I was always in. But now I'm publicly in. Goal: get more lean.

For unrelated reasons I've temporarily adopted a vegan diet, so I imagine my daily calorie intake may have taken a hit.

1: 8 minutes of tabata timing core workout
2: bouldering indoors
3: ab ripper x
4: bouldering indoors
5: 16 minutes of tabata timing bodyweight/barebell exercises

I can temporarily revoke my temporary veganism if necessary :smart:

Although it'll still have to be vegetarian...  :ang:
