Mon. Nothing DOMs from yesterdays weights.
Tue. Board did a few new things using my new holds nothing hard. Dumbell workout very light weights.
Wed. Nothing.
Thu. Board just repeating stuff did a lot.
Fri. Nothing.
Sat. Board pathetic session. Dumbell workout slightly more weight. Turbo 1 hour
Sun. Turbo 1 hour.
