Wobbly starting block on Underhand, Almscliff (Read 3409 times)

Whilst I was up at the cliff last Thursday I noticed that the cemented in block that serves as the starting hold for Underhand has developed a quite noticeable wobble - which is probably a precursor to becoming detached... I dont know who might be in a position to hoik it out and re-seat/cement it, but figured it best to flag up...

Just be careful with the wasabi, could end up getting nasty if dropped.

Just thought i'd update this, the block is now REALLY wobbly. As in you can lift it up. Be careful when pulling on, I find that twisting the block clockwise with the right hand doesn't make it move.

Definitely cement time Tomtom. I actually took the block completely out yesterday. I put it back in and continued to use aforementioned technique to start. I wouldn't know what to do with cement but have a roll of gaffa tape...

I'm not a cliff regular at the moment - so some one else may have to help... anyone? Beuller?...?
