Guess I should give it a go. After getting down to 13st I'm creeping up to the 13 1/2 mark again.On holiday next week, so it's going to be tough.

Down to 11.5-6 this week. Limited drinking and snacking still but we're visiting my parents so will have to show restraint with Mum's home cooking especially as climbing psyche is at a low ebb.
