Not that I'm going to believe any of you :-\

How tall are you super-light folks (TT, Simon..)?

I'm 6ft

oh... right

I was watching that nice, nimble-toed Mr Dunne climbing and it got me thinking..maybe you should just try putting on weight instead.

Cast off your shackles; eat that office cake and effortlessly float up those Burbage slabs. Just say 'yes'.

Thought this article was a good overview on body fat and visually what the various %'s look like:

Water retention and hydration play a big role in looking ripped.
So, with the body fat percentage you have to factor in that figure athletes go on a flush mode before a photoshoot.
Those pics are a good reference but in my opinion they could be a bit deceiving in the lower percentages due to dehydration.

I've never had mine measured, but I'm guessing I'm about 17.5% but the colour of 20%.

Good point about the extreme ones and obviously these are athletes rather than malnourished non-athletes.

I can only comment on the mid ranges where I've been but the photos struck me as accurate for the body %'s I've been at various times which is why I posted it up.

Good article.  Women are so lucky, half of your body can be made of fat and you still look hot.

13st 0.5lbs this morning. A week or so late, and 0.5lbs adrift, but after morning coffee etc, I'm taking the tick.

Celebrated with bacon roll and cake from bake sale at work (for a good cause!).
