I suspect a lot of shoulder issues (and referred elbow injuries) stem from poor posture which in climbers stem overdevelopment of back muscles compared to chest leading to curvature of upper spine (kyphosis) round shoulders and poor biomechanics. This is made worse for those in desk jobs. Anyway below is a crap video of things I do to keep this at bay based on many visits to physios over the years.

Respect for making that Shark.

Likewise to whichever family member filmed it without laughing.  ;D

Interesting stuff shark, and good demonstration of the floor exercises.

Your commentary was quite quiet, and next time don't shoot the first bit looking into the light!

(Edit: I tried the ones with the weights and pissed them so maybe that's promising, or I did them wrong!)

If your back was flat against the floor and you could easily get your arms/hands to lay flat against the floor you probably be better spending your time on something else.
