Aardvark and the Ferret, Avon
May 22, 2014, 12:41:30 pm
Anyone know exactly where this goes? Dropped a rope down it the other day and couldn't work it out.

Tried climbing the lower arete on the RH side but seemed to end up with a hand in Don't Slip the whole way, similarly at the top i seemed to end up in the groove on the left of the arete more than on the arete itself. Anything else seemed crazily eliminate, this is avon though so who knows...

Climb the lower arete on the LH slabby side. Shitty wire placement halfway up.

Skip left for runners in the HVS corner - long sling to eliminate drag, or for the E7 solo version avoid the leftwards kink.

Top arete climbs on LH side. Didn't feel too eliminate to me - 3 obvious slopers to link with tenuous footwork (maybe a L toe hook?) and long stretch to holds at the top.

Cool, cheers for the beta. Are holds on the LH side of the groove in on the top section?
