After bouldering session at wall tuesday I now have pain on the bony lump on pinky side of hand near wrist. I did not feel anything at the time so am puzzled by this! Feels ok on big holds but pain increases on small holds - anybody help? Best to rest/ice etc?

It could be a flexor tendon or triangular fibro cartilage irritation / minor injury. The usual rules about any acute tweak apply
