I have a twitter account on which I post very little. I posted one tweet about liking the interview with Peter Habeler in Steve House's new book, and now my twitter account is being followed by Mr House himself and by Mark Twight's wife.

A few years ago Hitchens’ refused to even consider that statistical significance did not mean what he thought it meant. It was impressive in a way but also incredibly dispiriting considering his position.
