ill have a room to rent from the start of august '04 in highfield, sheffield (next to brammal lane football ground). rent is £250 pcm which includes gas / electricity / water / council tax, but not phone.
it would be good to get someone who is a climber, but thats not essential. theres a decent board in the cellar, a campus board in the garden, and its walking distance from the edge climbing wall and heeley boulder.
it would best suit someone who likes loud music and is into clubbing too.
