I'm trying to upload a large (2.20 GB) file to Vimeo and it keeps stalling and restarting 1/3 of the way through. I've tried some of the troubleshooting options. The strange thing is I've uploaded large files before and had no trouble but it just won't have it this time 
Anyone any ideas?

The Vimeo staff are pretty helpful and friendly if you want to contact them.

Have you tried it in a different browser Chris?

Yep tried Firefox and IE. Maybe i should try Chrome? Just uploaded a smaller file so i can still upload just struggles with the big one

Could be your ISP throttling your upload speed to such an extent that something times out somewhere ??

I have had times when Vimeo wouldn't upload for no apparent reason. Try re encoding your file?

tried that too. Feels like my only solution is to stick it on a hardrive and try and use someone else's computer
