I'm leaving for a 9 month road trip at the end of July and want to do a few months of steep route climbing through the summer that would be either on the way to Magic Wood, Chironico, Cresciano, etc or be very close by. Somewhere across the border where I can get away with 'wild camping' in a motorhome and have cheaper food would be ideal.
I was thinking the Arco area but that was just because I know it's nearby and has limestone climbing. I have no idea if it's any good, steep, etc, although I did read it was polished.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
