M - Lift Upper, Run 4mi
T - Lift Lower, Climb PE (my first 7C+ OS !!!, except I'm 100% sure it's more like 7B)
W -
Th - Boulder outside 1st of season :)  repeated old 7C+ eliminate, and 7C+ crimpfest, then pulled a hammy(mild though)
F - Book completion party
S - Backcountry Snowboarding  - SPRING SKIING IS AWESOME.
S - Run 4 mi, Lift upper

Overall pretty good week.  It was good to get outside and see how I felt on real rock and established stuff.  The gym stuff has been feeling really soft to me, but apparently I'm just climbing alot better than I thought.  Looking forward to getting on some new stuff, and seeing how I feel after dropping a few kgs.
