Given the renewed interest for fingerboarding - are we back to times with no climbing walls? - and the proliferation of specific plans, mostly from top end athletes, scientists, researchers and the likes, I thought I'd add my personal plan.
I've fingerboarded for many years before being able to climb indoors, so I have a pretty good experience that I'd like to share with this little video.
