The climber is Jürgen Reis, former (?) competitor on the World Cup lead circuit.

He has a large collection of training podcasts at power-quest.cc. Interviews with athletes and coaches in a wide range of sports, including quite a few climbers. Mostly in German* but some in English, e.g. Francois Legrand is in there at #60, Sean McColl #228, Evgeny Ovchinnikov #227 … (I couldn't find how to link directly to the individual podcasts).

UKB has always objected to the strong censorship on UKC.

It's interesting, then, that if the comments about this video on UKC were added here, they'd probably be censored.

I say interesting. I mean pretty joyful. There's a worthwhile conversation to be had about the topic, but we'd all have to be watching our backs for the PC censors the whole time, so I can't be bothered.
