Anyone know any quick drying bouldering on the east side of manchester?

Hobson Moor is Ok for a couple of hours but is hardly earth shattering.  It has some eliminates and a good traverse on the back wall, which sometimes stays dry in light rain but is probably seeping at the moment.

To be honest though, you're better off driving to the Peak (although it's also gopping at the moment).

Take that back, Hobby Moor is a world class venue. 
Also New Mills tor has boulder/trad & sport and part of it stays dry in the rain

That's a good recommendation, although the rain does sometimes blow in under the viaduct.

Rather than start a new thread....

Joining the 'where will be dry/snow free' to climb questioners....

As my creaky back is strictly on no falling/jumping off orders - so I figured a load of sideways shuffling at Hobson Moor might be an option... Its normally fairly quick drying, but can hold quite alot of seepage along the back - I suspect it will be sub optimal over the weekend, but any more local/experienced thoughts would be welcome...
