Did what I am pretty sure Is a new problem at burbage north today.climbs the right hand groove feature on the mega project wall directly above the terrace.make some nice easy moves on jugs then match a crimp rail and use a knee bar to make a big move to a pebble.bear down match on another pebble bring your left for round the roof to another pebble and lurch to the ledge then romp on jugs to the top.7bish  or a bit harder as it does involve boning on a pebble.bit of a spicy fall from the crux as Trace torn mat will testify.enjoy

Sorry to be the bearer of retro-claim Andy, but Iain Farrar did this some years back. It wasn't included in the guide because he had/has intentions on the main project and didn't want to draw attention to it (seems pointless to me as that proj is obvious and well known anyway).

No probs Jon.was a great little problem and would be a good part to the north circuit.maybe it will get a bit of attention now.the main projects are very green and very hard looking but a stunning bit of rock.

What's the history with the main project? Obviously been talked about for years, but have the moves been sussed? How far has anyone got?

I think there a couple of possible ways it could go but I don't think anyone has got far on either. I've never seen chalk on it. Think I heard a rumour Malc tried it back in the day.

I've never had much joy on it.
