I have mixed some bench press into my gym training as it's one of the 'big three' and doing a quick forum search it seems quite a popular exercise amongst climbers (including Mina) but I can't see why... Is it more an imbalance prevention exercise? At the moment I don't see much point in doing it other than for the hell of it.

Also: side pulls, Gastons, deep locks and compression moves.
