OK, I give up!
I've had a dodgy knuckle for over 10 months now. I've tried my usual regime of treatments that have worked in the past for pulley injuries, but with this one, zero success...
Bizarrely, it doesn't affect my crimp strength, but wrecks after climbing and hurts during random day-to-day activities.
If I try massaging it, the pain is localised to the two sides, and top of the knuckle. Not the underneath, and doesn't extend very far from the joint at all. (it's the PIP joint of the ring finger - right hand)
I've not really climbed properly for 10 months now and I'm going mad! Has anyone had a similar problem and/or any ideas???
