Any magic numbers for getting off the ground and reaching the good hold on the arete?

Just tried many methods the most likely of which was a tenuous rockover onto a Left Heel in the mini break below the main one, with LH in the big slopey pocket.

On the first move i put a right heel toe in and rocked up into the good right hand pocket. then left hand into slopey crappy pocket, then again into mono, then again to the crimpy hold on the arete. as you do those moves you move the right heel toe along. then right hand into the slopey dish/sidepull, change heel toe to a left and make a big slap to the pock around the corner with your left. from there its a big reach to the top jug pocket.

I was afraid that might be the answer, sitting here now certainly the most obvious, can't remember why it wasn't working.

And my original post should have read RH in the bog pocket obviously.
