It's illegible, Un-memorable, cluttered and if you didn't know what it represented; you'd never work it out.
Any logo that requires commentary and explanation fails as a logo.

Beyond that, we're into Einstein territory, "Only two things are infinite, the Universe and Human stupidity... And I'm not sure about the Universe..."
