I have finally exhausted my stockpile of pinks and need some replacement shoes. 

I am minded to go for the whites but nowhere near me seems to stock them, so am thinking off risking buying some of the interweb.

If I was a size 10.5 in the pinks, is it safe to assume that I'll be the same size in the whites?

Not a chance. I'm on my 3rd pair of whites, all 9.5s. First were ok, second perfect, these ones are massive.

I was UK 7 in Pinks but am 6 in Whites. Also, you need to get Whites tight else the heel will be full of dead space.

But is this because the shoes are bigger, or because nerve endings in your feet have died?

Just bought a new pair pf greens the same size as my last. I reckon they're pushing for a size bigger, which is a pain as I bought them a bit big to start. Usual advice - always try them on, and try several pairs of the same size if possible.

Ah, the famous 5.10 build quality and consistency.  Fortunately after much hunting about I have found somewhere nearby stocking sizes 10, 10.5 and 11 (albeit only one of each) so I can try them all.  Thanks for the replies anyway though.

Not had any problems with build quality for a good few years now - seems spot on. Slight variations in size that's all.

Nearly a full 2 sizes down for whites. My 7 1/2s are just too big (size 9 foot). They feel tight as hell when you buy them compared to pinks, but the weird heals give a lot more when theyve broken in. Same too with velcro's, ive had size 7 1/2 in these for years, now i need a 7 i think. Out dated design, weird build quality, funny heals, still the best boot if your feet fit them to me.

All they need to do now is put c4 back on the velcro's!!!!

Actually one 10.5 for the right and one 10 for the left would probably be perfect for my weirdly odd sized feet!

Anyone out there was a slightly larger left foot want to partner up for the purposes of buying/swapping climbing shoes?  Could we start a UKB swap shop?
