Good point, although it fails to meet the rule of universalisability for Kant since the rule can only be applied to the CATS wall and everywhere else would claim it is complete toss! (Kant may not have used "toss" in the original German, I am paraphrasing)

they're trying to make out that it's a Categorical Imperative, but that's just like saying something like "everyone must draw their triangles with three sides" - it sounds like something important, but changes nothing really

I wonder whether they asked "what if everyone used heel hooks?" and realised that this would even out technique and strength in grading problems - not what you want if you're a strong person with a penchant for big numbers
