mySupermarket has been the best experience so far - better than the supermarkets' own sites
it flags up offers and points out alternative items that might represent better value for you (within the range of products from the store that you are searching)
reasonably simple to use
in fact, I didn't have an Asda on-line account and when I wanted to submit my order to them, mySupermarket let me register via their site... simples
I also enjoy the running total thing that lets you see how much a similar shop would cost at other supermarkets
I know it seems a bit Asda-centric, but that's because its the site that Asda base their we're-cheaper-than-Tesco prices
