training with thin tips?
November 21, 2011, 09:19:11 pm
Has anyone got any tips for not losing a day's training the day after a grit bouldering session?  Tonight I feel fine apart from my tips which are agony when hanging the fingerboard for very long.  Has anyone tried fingerboarding with finger tape on, or anthign for a similar purpose?  Any other tips?
I always end up staying in on a Monday to collect the shopping while the other half is out, so it's a perfect 'boarding opportunity!
Cheers

Thanks, what are antagonists?   :???:

Current fingerboard is a resin simulator and don't really want to buy & fit another one in current house.

as said above-wood.i find if i climb on anything but wood with thin tips that they sweat way too much so i just use the time to rest or do some core exercises

Antihydral cream gives your tips an extra layer - kind of.

Available under the counter at the Works or maybe delivered from Omar15
