So I've tweaked my wrist.  Heard it pop on a feet-cutting almost iron cross on a roof kind of move.  Years ago when I lived in Sydney I tweaked it then didn't climb for about six months waiting for it get better.  It didn't so I eventually paid a chunk of money to a sports injury specialist who managed to sort it out in ten minutes.  It feels now like it did then, but now I live in London so can't go to the same guy.  Anyone know any similar miracle workers around here?

The guy said it was something to do with cartilage and something not being in the right place, he also said that not climbing probably made no difference but I've also tweaked my shoulder on the other side so I'm not climbing anyway.  Shoulder feels like something muscular that is getting slowly better by itself but it's still been about two weeks now.  Wrist only really hurts when there's weight on the bottom of it, like if I'm holding something with my arms out in front of me.  More of a problem at work than whilst climbing.  It cracks too, like my knuckles.

I go to a physio called Christiano who is pretty good and a climber to boot. Mail me and I'll send his number over.
