Foam Matting for home wall
September 30, 2011, 10:44:06 am
Folks

I am looking to pad out my home new home woodie, it about 4m x 4m coverage required.  I dont want second hand mattresses/lots of old boulder pads or any like that, so far I have checked out the foam mattresses from ikea and they look ok (price is pretty good) and a few sports matting places but thats a bit more expensive.  Has anyone got any suggestions about other places to look or other ideas ?

Cheers for your help

Oh, the wall is only about 3 meters high so dont need anything too over the top.

2 places i know are m&s foam in Leyland lancs or Vita Foam in Middleton manchester, have used both, vita were a big supplier for climbing wall manufactures last time i was involved. Go right to the source as the Oracle would say, its massively cheaper. I think you could prob get 4/5" thickness for your whole area for not much more than the cost of a new pad.
