Looks like Mathew Barney's Drawing Restraint to me, so highly priced contemporary art. The photo of it is not so great though.

He has done other pieces with clay pigeons and motorbikes. Also with American football players. He was a player himself when at Yale, btw. I personally find it very hard not to like his work. Perhaps the greatest American artist of his generation?

Where did you come across this piece?

Handstand, double toe hook the windowsill, mantle, filthy thrutch up the offwidth and then dyno for the thing hanging down from the top?
