I have had 2 proper sessions on powerband over the last 3 days and this evening i got to the last move 3 times. I am using the drop knee method to get my right hand to the undercut but it seems incredibly difficult to do this without the right foot popping off once you have hold of the under cut. Left foot is just below the undercut you go to and right foot is dropped on a small positive hold below the jug. Just wondering whether anyone has done it with the drop knee method?
