Yo,

Anyone out there familiar with this exercise?

Tried it last night after watching a few of the videos on youtube.  There appears to be some variation into how people are doing it. Not sure if this is due to "bad form" or just variations. Ive seen a few with the torso held at a rigid 45degreesish and the legs pivoting between over the head and back down and past the torso angle so that the back arches slightly. Also seen it where the torso and legs are held in a straight lineand pivoting is done around the shoulderblade area with the angle being from almost inverted to the toes several inches off the ground.

I would imagine form is quite important on this exercise as incorrect usage doesnt seem to strain the lower abs as much as is surely intended, equally there must be a potential for back/neck injury with poor form providing excess stress to the thorassic/lumbar spine and the top of the neck?

after typing all that i saw this "tutorial "which seems to make sense but with all things on the web its just a guys advice ive not seen anything more "professional" in terms of resources.

Cheers
Tim
