Sheffield - Sports Injuries Specialist

I've reached the stage of brokeness where I need fixing, just not sure whether it's best to see a physio, osteopath, sports massager, whatever. Current injury list is:

 - torn lat - heard it rip pulling over the top of a problem in Font a month ago
 - ankle - came of the top of a problem 2 months ago and it twisted badly as I landed
 - knee - twisted it skiing 2 months ago
 - both wrists - long term injuries, cracking noises when I rotate them and can't hold holds at certain angles due to the pain.

I'm currently not climbing at all due to the torn lat, so would like to get fixed up as soon as possible. Any recommendations for a sheffield based healer would be much appreciated.

cheers

I've been to see a chap in sheffield at the chiropractic clinic at woodseats. There's a sports therapist there that i've used called Paul Wilson. Very good. I had probelems with rotor cuff shoulder impingement twice, sore bursors on my heal, and a finger all through climbing etc.

He used deep massage, accupuncture to release tension, and ultrasound. Very knowledgable about trigger points etc.
Think it was initially 36 per hour then half hour treatments. Maybe with your you might need a bit more!

Have you looked in the central isle at lidl, you could probably pick up an eastern european bionic arm for a fiver.
Good luck with getting back fit

I'd recommend Jenny @ Meadowhead Physiotherapy.
Has sorted out my upper and lower back and wrists and probably some more stuff I can't remember
