Speaking with a mate (boxer) who does an exercise routine at the end of sessions, sounds fun and you always get a different work out. Worth noting he only does this for a laugh!
• Assign exercises to each suit in a deck of cards eg. Clubs = sit-ups.
• Number on card is the reps. kings, queens and jacks = 10. Ace = 20.
• Start by turning over the first card, and away you go.
• No rests.
