Also, are you getting enough rest? (Obviously, we don't all have time to climb all the time, but it seems like you could maybe benefit from it, that is unless you're an absolute piss weak technical maestro? )
Edelweiss climbing wall in Vienna. Weird place - no circuits or problems, just a (reasonably spacious) wall with a hold on every Tnut. Frustrating.. but got a work out...
