Im doing a bit of research for body tension exercises, exercises that you can do without the need for equipment... floor exercises etc. Its a bit unfortunate that my local wall doesnt have any facilities for doing 'standard' stuff, ie stuff off pull up bars, so im looking for alternatives. Anyone got any ideas? Ta

Not quite the weird and wonderful i had in mind. The Drishtis sounds familiar, ahh the engineers down darwen on a sunday night.
