Mini party food and nibbly bits, it's what Christmas Eve is made for!  :bounce:

My christmas eve usually invovles a bacon butty for breakfast at work leave work at lunch time. Followed by several pints, loads of whiskey, random top shelf. Normally ending up with me throwing up and feeling like shit all christmas day.

I can't wait  :alky: :pissed:

Was going to say unfortunately I have kids - so can't just on on lash in town - however magic of christmas and all that. Will be a few beers at home as the kids will bring an aline start mentality to getting up to open their presents.

Funnily enough, I was in M&S yesterday to get aforementioned mini nibbles and then I saw the price and decided I would just stop off at Iceland on the way home tomorrow instead.

Back on subject.

Get a thin salmon steak person and marinade in a salt & lemon in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove from marinade and pat dry then dice into very small cubes.

Serve with grated onion and horseraddish and good rye bread with a glass of chilled vodka with thyme and lemon zest.

Sounds good sloper, my other option so far is prawns, chilli, tomatoes and basil with pasta.
