My mum and dad just got back from the Costa Blanca, they were down near Torrevieja / Murcia. The weather looked great, a couple of slightly damp days but most of the rain was light and overnight and it was dry and quite warm during the day. They spent the week sending me picture messages of them sitting in the sun.
So unless there's been a major change in the last few days it should be alright. I've been the last 2 years over Christmas and the weather is usually pretty good for getting out.
