Arrrrgh!
Fully Injured!
Lft foot by hands type mantel... Blew my Patella ligament or something? watched it...
Imagine all my weight suspended on the joint and completely caving in!
Whats wrong with my knee???
Rehabilitation techniques please!

Seems Okish now!
Went to see Dr Mullins...
He administered two tramadols and a two day bender on Ket... cant feel a thing!
Still screwed though!
