I have seen some posters around The Foundry about a Climb Fit training program. Does anybody know anything about it? I am crap at motivating myself to train hard and try new ideas in my training. Does anybody know if this is the answer to my training prayers?

In Doric "fit" means "what". So they are actually saying climb what?
