OATS, sweetened with a little bit of honey. Mixed in with some protein if you're really feeling like being serious.

I normally start the day with a 'farmer's breakfast' - a glass of water, a shit...then off to work.

Edit- Just stumbled across an alternative 'farmer's breakfast'

Currently, I usually have some boil in the bag kippers with lots of pepper and brown sauce.

This stuff with turn you into a god-damned sexual Tyrannosaurus. Just like me.

Yeah, I suppose if your arms are too short to reach your tiny cock, you'd be constantly desperate for a shag.

The absolute business, far too tasty, they are as close as one gets to the legendary chocolate frosted sugar bombs.

Failing that a black pudding white pudding haggis hash brown bacon sausage egg potato scone fried bread tomato combo can improve the pre-climbing morale no end.

On a serious note there was an article in one of the recent issues of Dead Point Magazine about diet.

Aberdeen buttery, toasted, with butter.

Highest cholesterol per volume possible.

Need a pint of sweet hot milky tea to get the fat off your tongue afterwards.

well no, but I could, hmmm? If I was so inclined.

Actually it'd be fairly time consuming... nice on the weekends though!

Usually Muesli with Oatley (and for lunch) but recently acquired a taste for:

After all how bad can half the sugar of the average chocolate flavoured breakfast cereal be?   :-\

- 4-cups moka coffee
- brioche or muffin or whatever can be dipped in the coffee
- cookies
if I go bouldering, after that and a sh*t I'll have yoghurt and muesly and more coffee.

Chocobix are kinda bland imo.

Buttery sandwich with black pudding as the filling is the future of breakfast. Or pain aux chocolate aux almonds.

Tastes like the ultimate indulgence compared to muesli with oatley. I don't think I'm ready for chocolatey squares.

in my wee teens i found a boost and a dr pepper worked a treat...

These days i go for the complex carbs/sugar mix of a large bowl/saucepan of fruit muesli with skimmed milk. Beef it up with a sliced banana on top if you're up to something exciting.

If you want to be healthy, go for the no added sugar stuff. Aldi's luxury fruit muesli is the best and the best value, Lidl comes second.

Fat free yoghurt is a great variation from milk.

Go for fruit and nut and full fat milk if you want the fat, put protein powder on if you feel weedy and are too much of a puss for raw eggs.

Result = unlike with shreddies, hunger really will be locked up til lunch

Biltong

All your essential food groups...

I hate fucking breakfast. Last think I want to do in the morning is have to eat. Unfortunately I have to eat breakfast or I
1. Faint
2. Get very ratty
3. some combination of the above...

I wish someone would invent a breakfast pill that would keep my body chemistry in some sensible order until lunchtime. Sadly it doesnt exist so I eat Muelsi. Its like shoving ferking horsefood down my mouth every morning - I hate it - but I have to think of the slow release energy good it does me... Toast, other cereal just makes me energy crash about 2 hours later. In winter I mix things up a bit and go for some porrige. Whoop de fucking doo.... bring it on... the excitement...

When I was a smoking student (and it didnt matter when I got up) a roll up and a cup of tea was my ideal brekky.
